Favourite Drink: Grey Goose Vodka.
‘’I love the flavour of it, it is very smooth. One of the best vodka brands in the world. I like to use it when creating new cocktails since it has great versatility, and it can be used in many drinks.’’
Favourite spirit: Vodka.
‘I am not a beer drinker and I just love the taste of vodka, it is smoother to drink.”
Favourite Bartley’s cocktail: Camera Shy
“I created this cocktail for a competition called “Hennessy my way”, which was open only to the top 5 bartenders in the world. It was an honor to be picked for this prestigious competitor. I got inspired by flavours from my childhood – picking rhubarb from my grandmothers’ backyard.”
Why do you love making cocktails?
“I like to showcase the hotel and bar by making great cocktails and see the guest’s reaction “Oh wow this is amazing”. My mission is to make the guests feel happy and welcomed.”
What is the best part of being a bartender?
“I think I have one of the best jobs in the world. This is what I do since I was 15 years old and I just absolutely love it. I love meeting guests, I love the crack.
The best part of my job is connecting with the guests, make them laugh and hear their stories. I enjoy meeting guests from America because it reminds me of my adventures in USA.”

Favourite Drink: Negroni.
“I like it because it is a summer drink, it reminds me of sitting on the beach with some friends and enjoying the sun.”
Favourite spirit: Whiskey.
‘’I like how complex it is. I can enjoy it on its own or mix it with coke or ginger ale. The taste various significantly depending where it comes from. I like that the flavour changes with each bottle.”
Favourite Bartley's cocktail: Through the looking Glass
“I love making Looking through my eyes. I like the combination of gin and strawberry we use and I think it looks and taste delicious. It is just a very fun cocktail to make.”
Why do you love making cocktails?
“Well I like creating different tastes together and putting them in something that hopefully people enjoy. Also I enjoy the whole atmosphere of working in bar and meeting new people and hearing their stories.”
What is the best part of being a bartender?
“All the stories you hear from people and how only for a few minutes you have the chance to connect with them. It is just amazing how many new people you can meet only even during one shift.”

“I just love the marzipan and almond flavor that balances with the lemon juice.”

“I just feel it is very easy to drink and has nice sweet flavor. It goes very good with one cube of ice.”

“I am a very big whiskey drinker and I feel this one is very appealing to whiskey lovers and the spicy tea syrup elevates the flavor of the drink.”
Why do you love making cocktails?
“Seeing my parents making drinks made me passionate about bartending. It gave me an interest in learning how to make amazing drinks myself. I have friends who are bartenders and seeing their passion about making drinks inspired me to become a bartender.”
What is the best part of being a bartender?
“Being able to interact with different people on a daily basis. Mix different flavours and come up with new drinks and cocktails that bring pleasure to our guests.”
